How information is handled during pre-launch.

Valley Foundation Care LLC is preparing a local homeowner-to-specialist matching service. The public pre-launch website does not currently accept homeowner matching requests.

Information you choose to provide

If you email us, we receive the information included in your message, such as your name, email address, phone number, company information, and the content of your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive financial, medical, identity, or property documents by email.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser type, request time, referring page, and security signals. We do not use the pre-launch site to run behavioral advertising.

How information may be used

We may use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential contractor participation, prepare the service for launch, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

We may use service providers for website hosting, email, security, record storage, and other business operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

Mobile information and messaging consent

The pre-launch website does not currently enroll visitors in a text-message program. When messaging becomes available, consent will be requested separately and will apply only to the stated Valley Foundation Care communications. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, security, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to contact us. To request an appropriate correction or deletion of information you previously provided, email paul@valleyfoundationcare.com.

Updates

This notice will be updated before the matching service opens to reflect the final intake, verification, contractor-sharing, payment, and follow-up processes.
