These terms govern the public informational website operated by Valley Foundation Care LLC. The homeowner matching service is not yet open, and the website does not currently accept matching requests.

Informational purpose

The website explains the service being prepared and allows visitors to contact the business by email. Website content is general information only and is not structural, engineering, inspection, safety, repair, legal, or financial advice.

No contractor services

Valley Foundation Care LLC is an independent matching service, not a contractor, engineer, inspector, insurer, or emergency service. It does not currently offer inspections, estimates, repairs, warranties, or emergency response.

Emergencies and unsafe conditions

If you believe a structure may be unsafe or an emergency exists, leave the affected area and contact appropriate emergency authorities or a qualified local professional. Do not rely on this website or wait for a response to an email.

Contractor inquiries

Contacting Valley Foundation Care about potential contractor participation does not guarantee acceptance, leads, exclusivity, or any particular commercial terms. Any future participation will require separate review and written terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or business, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited activity.

Availability and changes

The pre-launch website is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or become unavailable while the service is developed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every planned feature will launch in its current form.
